i dont know... Ill just laugh at there face for calling me on my cell phone and also give them a hard time. I never use my minutes anyways.

i know, but the do-not-call thing only extends to for-profit companies. non-profits are exempt, and can easily get a hold of the database, looking for numbers to call.
