new info center, member of the month

ok, we got a new awesome info center, and it's not a crappy one that causes the forum to lag when it loads this time. Plus, we now have a new feature called the member of the month. At the moment I'm not sure how it will be set up (don't know how to elect/reward members....any suggestions appreciated)...but we will have it running eventually.

Ok, it's been sorted out:

the member of the month will be a user handpicked by me, the person may be chosen by posts, behavior on the boards, helping out other users, being active, or anything like that. members of the month will be chosen at the first of every month.
