I didn't really need to read up on this article since, from time to time, I can have lucid dreams anyhow. I have to say that lucid dreams however is a great experience if you can ever have one. I'm lucky enough to already have the ability to have one without training. I am a very lucky person in the sense, but if i was anyone whom reads this I would try to get it to work. Problems in article: If that's the case wouldn't you already be in a lucid dream if you are able to control what you do and know that the ending of the dream is about to come? It sounds contradictory to me in a way. I do not know about you but there is always something that goes on that i don't expect but that doesn't mean that its a dream. I wouldn't follow this rule, since you may want to try jumping off your school roof to see if you will fly or not. (If you are desperate enough anyway. Just don't try it please) Ok maybe for you you can control yourself during your dream. To me if that's the case then you are already in a lucid dream. I cannot control what my mind makes me think and I'm sure others think the same way. This made me laugh. Getting drunk or getting high is obviously not good for you. People sometimes doesn't even remember what happened once they got drunk or high so i highly doubt they would remember a dream! SMART IDEA: Memory Journal Personally I think that its a neat idea to keep a dream journal and record your dreams and stuff. I think that would be neat to just read during your spare time. It may also get you inspired to do stuff and you may be able to understand what your mind is trying to tell you sometimes. I think that a dream journal is an overall good idea. Dream remembering idea I love the thought of this. It does make perfect sense of you think about it to. Everyone does have dreams don't let them tell you that they don't. Its just they don't remember or they don't want to. For the people that don't want to that's fine with me that's all up to you. But if you do want to remember your dreams better I think that this would be a few good steps to follow. OVERALL: Personally I like what it is saying and it has its good points and bad points. If I would grade this article I would give it a B. The thing I feel with Articles is that they should be there to help the reader and not for the writer and this is just what that does. Very interesting but somethings don't really make sense to me. All I can say is give it a try and call your therapist in the morning to tell them you can control your dreams. they may want to schedule a conference. JK everyone .

Is that true or did you just dream that you had a lucid dream? Hmm now that's the question of the week. Anyhow what did you do exactly? (just curious)
