So I was talking to Rekkin not too long ago and this thought came to my mind. Are humans domesticated animals? In definition we are animals and if we can domesticate other animals wouldn't we be domesticated ourselves? I do not know the answer and I think it would be interesting to hear what you have to say.

maybe we should toss this to the debates thread, but really, we aren't all domesticated. I'd say the most domesticated people are those who live on a strict schedule, but if you do what you want when you want, you aren't. The information age has increased this level of domestication. We limit ourselves a lot to what is put directly in front of us.
As far as this topic goes, there is a whole other aspect as to hunting. We really aren't domesticated as far as that goes, as we're more of a species that uses what tools it can to it's advantage. We're far more sophisticated as far as use of tools goes than many other species are. However, the fact that a lot of people hunt just for "sport" is a fine fact that makes us seem much more barbaric than many other species.
